Welcome

My name is Dr Jess Rayner, I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist offering compassionate therapy in Cheltenham and online.

I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I hold interest and specialist experience in working with neurodivergent people (e.g., autistic, ADHD) and those with long-term health conditions such as chronic pain and ME/chronic fatigue.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck and caught up in difficult thoughts and emotions that affect their enjoyment of life, relationships or work. My aim is to support you to get a better understanding of yourself and what’s happening, reconnect with what matters to you, and ultimately to feel better.

I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and tailor them to your personal needs and goals. Alongside my experience and training, I bring a down-to-earth, authentic and caring style to therapy informed by a deep respect for how complex life can be. I understand it can be daunting coming to appointments, so I aim to offer a comfortable, relaxed, non-judgemental space where we can take things at a pace that suits you.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide whether therapy might be helpful and if I’m the right therapist for you. You’re welcome to get in touch or book here.
