High Quality, Compassionate, Psychological Therapy to Support Emotional and Physical Health


Welcome to my practice, it's great to have you here. My name is Dr Jess Rayner. I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). 

I provide therapy for adults with a range of difficulties, with specialist interest in anxiety, trauma and difficult life events, stress and burnout, self-critical talk and managing long-term health conditions (e.g., pain, fatigue). I also work with other difficulties and people who feel generally stuck, navigating life's challenges, or struggling to understand why they feel as they do. You can find out more here.

It can be daunting seeking therapy, so I focus on creating a non-judgemental and compassionate space to explore your experiences. Trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, I work creatively and holistically to provide you with the support and skills to develop new perspectives, understand your life story, improve your well-being, and empower you to make changes.
